Sales manager (m/f/d)
Oxybio offers first-class solutions in room and surface disinfection, which are particularly in demand in the current pandemic.
We are looking for
an experienced, committed and talented sales manager (m/f/d) on an commission basis in Germany, focusing on selling our room and surface disinfection solution Oxybio in the German market.
The person should be working on winning new customers over. In addition, the sales manager will be involved in marketing activities, such as campaigns for digital marketing (B2B), participation in industry events, etc.
The sales manager will work closely with the management, marketing and sales team and maintain external relationships with customers and partners.
The on-field taks in different regions of Germany is up to 40% of the working time.
• Discover new customers, leads, opportunities
• Presentation of the products/experiences with Oxybio
• Determination of customer needs and preparation of suitable offers
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
• Preparation of contracts and order processing
• Ensuring demonstrable sales growth
Company related tasks:
• Identify weaknesses, strengths and new business opportunities
• Review presentations, project descriptions and other materials
• Evaluation of the content for the company's own website and preparation of suggestions for improvement
• Suggestions for discussion on needs assessment and problem solving
• Suggestions for improving practices and tools
• Follow Oxybio's marketing strategy
• Commercial training is an advantage, also students or natural talents in sales
• Affinity for sales
• Business fluent spoken and written German
• Class B driving license
• Extremely energetic person with strong communication skills, an entrepreneur type, motivated by his own sales results and successes
• Structured mindset and good presentation skills
